Body Massage

Derived from the Greek word "Holos" meaning whole, holistic body massage is one of the worlds oldest recorded therapies and has been used for thousands of years as a means to restore health and balance throughout the entire body.

A combination of techniques are used during the treatment to manipulate the skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments of the body. The massage can be either deep tissue in order to treat chronic or acute pain by using firmer, more vigorous movements to relieve specific areas of physical tension, or relaxing using softer, more gentle movements to reduce stress, increase energy levels and promote a sense of well-being.
